work one-on-one with each customer, asking

have, how long they’ve had it, what
type of expectations they have for the
new flooring, and whether they have requirements
regarding color and texture. A certified
interior designer is also available to
help customers choose the right products
and create the perfect look in any room.
If the customer knows what they are looking
for in flooring, our sales staff is readily
available to show them all of the available
manufacturers, colors and styles. We encourage
customers to take samples home to ensure
that the flooring complements their current

customer service and measuring
man who provides free in-home measuring
and itemized estimates. The company
staffs 13 installation crews who
receive continuous training to
ensure that they are abreast of
the latest techniques and products.
Scheduling is very flexible because
of the large installation crew.
