Brian Link
Retail, Builder Sales
Brian has been with Carpet Country since 2000. Brian has over 38 years of experience in the flooring industry from owning his own store, working in installation and in outside sales on the wholesale side of the business. Brian provides excellent service to his builder and retail customers alike. Brian resides in Northfield with his family.
Kim Rivers
Builder and Retail Sales
Kim has been wowing Carpet Country customers with outstanding service since 2002. Kim has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry working at a couple of other local retailers before joining the Carpet Country team. Kim specializes in custom builder projects for many of the areas outstanding builders. Kim resides in Twinsburg with her family.
Ralph Bloom
Outside Sales
Ralph has been in the flooring industry since 1973. Like Ron, Ralph started on the service side of the business working in the warehouse of a retailer and also installing. In 1981 Ralph began his successful career in retail and commercial flooring sales. Ralph joined Carpet Country in 2007. Ralph lives in Hudson with his wife Donna.
Mike Kim
COMMERCIAL SALES
Mike joined the Barrington commercial sales team in January 2024. Mike specializes in commercial project sales and project management of those sales. Mike previously headed an installation crew at Barrington working predominantly on commercial flooring projects. Mike’s installation background is a real plus for his customers. Mike and his family reside in Akron.
Glenn Gould
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SALES
Glenn joined Barrington in late 2014. Glenn has many years of experience in floor covering sales and management predominately in the Cleveland area. Glenn serves Barrington’s customers in the Akron-Cleveland market. He resides with his family in Solon.
Frank Bucca
Store Manager
Frank has been with Carpet Country since 2006. Frank was recently named our Store Manager. Frank’s many years of experience at Carpet Country will be a key to his ability to take great care of his customers. Frank has an excellent eye for style and design and is sure to help put the finishing touches on your remodeling project or new build.
David Warner
Retail, Builder Sales
With 10 years of hands-on experience, I turn ordinary floors into showpieces, whether it’s rich hardwoods, luxury vinyl, carpet, or intricate tile. Precision, quality, and a no-cut-corners mentality are my hallmark. Outside of work, I’m a passionate traveler, drawing design inspiration from around the globe. My philosophy?
